The rest of the domestic market has added Rs 100 crore to the pot.
Internationally, the buzz for Pushpa 2 is also sky-high. The overseas rights have been sold for Rs125 crore, underscoring Allu Arjun’s rising global popularity. In terms of non-theatrical rights, the digital rights saw fierce competition, with Netflix acquiring them for a hefty Rs 275 crore. Remarkably, the production cost for Pushpa 2 is estimated at Rs 500 crore. With the pre-release business already generating 117% profit, the film is on track to become a historic box-office blockbuster. Industry analysts predict that Pushpa 2 could emerge as the highest-grossing Indian film of all time, with expectations soaring as the release date approaches.
Pushpa 2: The Rule features a stellar ensemble cast that includes Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, and Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, among other talented actors.
