It seems that the success of her autobiography has inspired Priyanka Chopra Jonas to embrace her sophisticated writer look. The actress took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a selfie where she was seen wearing round metal-framed reading glasses. Posting the picture on the microblogging site, Priyanka tweeted that it is her new glasses and asked her followers what they think about the new look. The tweet has garnered over 13.2K likes since it was shared as fans and followers shared their views on the 38-year-old actor’s latest post.
One of the fans commented that they love the new glasses and they also need one now. While another fan commented that this is Priyanka’s “author look.” For some the picture reminded them of Harry Potter as the shape of the frame was quite similar to that of JK Rowling’s character. Also, a user responded with flirty Nick Jonas memes where the American actor-singer can be seen peeping from his shades.

These days Priyanka is revelling in the success of her autobiography Unfinished that released on February 10 this year. The book has topped several bestselling books lists including The New York Times’, USA Today, and Amazon. Unfinished is a personal memoir of Priyanka who shares her journey of 38 years through the pages of the book. Although there are no shocking revelations mentioned in the book as some autobiographies do, Priyanka does provide some deep insight into her very-public life.
One of the incidents shared in her book talks about how the actress was diagnosed with a polyp in her nasal cavity and had to undergo polypectomy to get it removed. Unfortunately, the polypectomy went wrong because while shaving off the polyp, the doctor also accidentally shaved the bridge of her nose and the bridge collapsed. Priyanka mentions when it was time to remove the bandages and the condition of her nose was revealed she and her mother Madhu Chopra were horrified. However, Priyanka mentions in the book that she has made peace with that incident and has accepted herself.
