As the release date of the much-anticipated film of Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma - Jab Harry Met Sejal nears, the market is alive with the reports on the predictions of its box office predictions. If trade expert Sumit Kadel is anything to go by, “Jab Harry Met Sejal may surpass Raees and Dilwale given the condition that the content has been liked by the audience.”
In an interaction with Koimoi, Kadel also stated that if Jab Harry Met Sejal is able to get a good response after weekend, it won’t face any difficulty in earning Rs160-170 crores. Kadel also predicted that Jab Harry Met Sejal could mint around Rs 22-23 crores on its opening day, and 75-76 crores during the weekend.
After months of speculation, the film was officially revealed by Shah Rukh, Anushka and Imtiaz through their social media handles and that the movie is titled Jab Harry Met Sejal – which is an obvious take on the Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal.
Interestingly, the title is also reminiscent of Imtiaz's superhit movie Jab We Met.
The romantic drama, widely shot in Prague, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Budapest, marks the third time that the two actors have been paired after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
