Malayalam cinema star Asif Ali is set to return to the big screens with his upcoming Abhyanthara Kuttavali. According to a major update, sure to send the fans into a frenzy, the makers have finished filming the project and will now commence the pre-production work.
Going by the reports, the film completed its shooting on October 4, which was a Friday. It took more than 45 days for the shoot to complete, done under three schedules. The film was shot extensively in the cities of Thrissur and Idukki, as per the reports.
Abhyanthara Kuttavali is being made under the direction of debutant filmmaker Sethunath Padmakumar, who is also credited as its writer. As per reports, the director has worked as an assistant in films like Ishq and Mahaveeryar. Sethunath took to his official Instagram handle to announce the film’s shoot completion, with a note of gratitude towards the whole cast and crew for their hard work. He shared a group photograph of the whole cast and crew of the film, all sporting smiles of appreciation.
Abhyanthara Kuttavali is being produced by Naizam Salam under the banner of Naizam Salam Productions. Asif Ali is cast as the lead while debutant Thulasi is the female lead. He will be supported by names like Jagadish, Azees Nedumangad, Anand Manmadhan, Sidharth Bharathan, Shreya Rukmini, Neeraja Rajendran, Harisree Ashokan, Prem Kumar and many others. For music, the makers have roped in Bijibal while the cinematography is being done by Ajay David Kachappilly and Sobin K Soman is doing the editing. The film is being dubbed as a realistic comedy entertainer, the reports stated.
Asif Ali was last seen in Kishkindha Kaandam, which was made under the direction of Dinjith Ayyathan. The cast of the film included Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Vijayaraghavan and Ashokan in pivotal roles. It was produced by Joby George Thadathil under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments.
