Is This The Reason Why Naga Chaitanya Doesn’t Live With Mother Lakshmi Daggubati?

Akkineni Nagarjuna Rao’s son Naga Chaitanya is believed to have successfully lived up to the family name. He belongs to the star-studded Akkineni family. Naga Chaitanya has created a niche for himself in the film fraternity with hits like Ye Maaya Chesave, Tadakha, Manam, Premam and Bangarraru. He grabbed the headlines after he announced separation from wife-actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu after four years of marriage in 2021. His father and renowned actor Nagarjuna Akkineni was also divorced from his first wife Lakshmi Daggubati in 1990. The couple gave birth to Naga Chaitanya in 1986. After years of separation, it is believed that Naga Chaitanya has mapped distance from his mother and now lives alone. He has, however, denied these baseless rumours from time to time.

Naga Chaitanya is speculated to be closer to his father Nagarjuna and stepmother Amala Akkineni. After divorcing Nagarjuna, Lakshmi Daggubati married Sarath Vijayaraghavan, a corporate executive of Sundaram Motors. Having an interest in business, Lakshmi started her own company named Lakshmi Interiors.

Lakshmi didn’t leave her son Naga Chaitanya. The couple made sure that their son did not get affected by their separation. Lakshmi settled in America with her husband. After several rumours sparked on the internet that Naga Chaitanya was unhappy with the second marriage of her mother and decided to separate from her. Quashing these rumours, Naga Chaitanya reportedly said that he lives in Hyderabad for his work in cinema. It has nothing to do with his mother. He often visits his mother Lakshmi in America and other places.

The adorable bond between Naga Chaitanya and Lakshmi was highlighted the most during the actor’s wedding. They are often spotted together. The photos of the mother-son duo have gone viral many times.

Naga Chaitanya recently debuted on the OTT platform with the horror-mystery thriller web series Dootha. He played the role of the corrupted journalist, who is puzzled by the news of mysterious deaths which he happens to know in advance.
