Deepika Padukone Makes Faces As She Debates With Hrithik Roshan In Fighter BTS Video: 'I Feel He...'

Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter was one of the most talked about film releases this year. It marked Deepika and Hrithik’s first on-screen collaboration and their chemistry was off the charts. In a BTS video which has surfaced on Reddit, Deepika and Hrithik could be seen discussing the best possible steps for a dance sequence.

While Hrithik and the makers thought he should be seated in the sequence, Deepika said he should be standing. The actress’ expressions in the footage have also caught everyone’s attention. Hrithik said in the video, “I’m sitting, is that fine?” Deepika responded, “I feel he should be standing.” As the actors turned to the makers, they decided to give Deepika’s suggestion a shot.

Despite the buzz around the film, Siddharth Anand’s Fighter did not take off the way it was intended to. The film starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone had a non-holiday release, hitting the screens on January 25. The film was released exactly a year after Anand released Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan in the leading role. Unfortunately for the filmmaker, Fighter did not recreate the magic of Pathaan at the box office. Fighter opened to a box office collection of Rs 24.60 cr. Besides Hrithik and Deepika, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi and Sanjeeda Shaikh.

Meanwhile, Deepika is expecting her first child. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced their pregnancy in February this year. Taking to Instagram, the much-loved couple shared that their baby will arrive in September 2024. The post met with a lot of love from their industry peers including Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Vikrant Massey, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, among many others. Through the past few months, Deepika’s public appearances where she’s flaunting her baby bump have been going viral. She has also been grabbing attention for setting chic maternity fashion goals.

As for Hrithik Roshan, he will soon be seen in War 2. Hrithik will reprise his role as Kabir from War and face off against Jr NTR in the sequel. The Ayaan Mukerji directorial venture will also star Kiara Advani.
