Blake Lively Drops Epic 'Family Portrait' With Husband Ryan Reynolds
Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's films Deadpool & Wolverine and It Ends With US will release in theatres this summer.

While Ryan Reynolds is ready to hit theatres with his upcoming MCU film Deadpool & Wolverine, his wife and actress Blake Lively is enjoying her own sweet time to promote the same. From making frequent references to the film to poking fun at her husband and Hugh Jackman, the actress is clearly having fun on social media. Doing it once again, Blake Lively gave a glimpse of a unique ‘family portrait’ that has a Deadpool & Wolverine connection.

Lively shared a snapshot of two frames featuring posters of their upcoming films hanging side-by-side. One belongs to the actress’ film It Ends With Us and the other is Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine, which will release this month. “Family portrait,” she wrote in her story.

Blake Lively In Deadpool 3?

Of late, Lively has been all out supporting her husband’s latest film, even hyping him up on social media. The Age of Adaline star also gave glimpses into what seemed to be Deadpool & Wolverine-inspired jewellery designs by Lorraine Schwartz.

Meanwhile, her consistent posts come at a time when fans are already speculating if she will be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Having found a glimpse of Lady Deadpool in the trailer, fans believe that Blake Lively will take over the superhero mantle. In the trailer, the character is only briefly seen, from the neck down, but with long blonde hair that resembles the Gossip Girl star.

Alternatively, fans are also guessing that it might be pop icon Taylor Swift’s MCU debut.

Blake Lively And Ryan Reynolds’ Summer Releases

The Hollywood couple have their individual releases this summer. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer Deadpool & Wolverine will hit theatres on July 26. Directed by Shawn Levy, the film will reunite the Merc with a Mouth with Hugh’s Logan, setting them in a war in the multiverse.

On the other hand, adapted from Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, Lively’s It Ends With Us, is heading for an August 9 release. Directed by Justin Baldoni, the film follows the story of Lily Bloom, a young woman who has had a traumatic upbringing and is now starting a new life with her flower shop business in Boston. It is then that she meets Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni) and falls in love, only to find their relationship takes an abusive turn.
