Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was hospitalized in Ahmedabad on Wednesday due to a heat stroke. The Jawan actor was in Ahmedabad for his IPL team, the Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) Qualifier 1 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). While the actor is now safe and has flown back to Mumbai, Malaika Arora recently shared tips to beat the heat. She was talking about the environment at an event.
While interacting with the press, Malaika was asked if she had any tips to tackle dehydration and beat the heat, as even Shah Rukh Khan suffered a heatstroke. In a video shared by Instant Bollywood, Malaika shared, “That’s why I keep saying, we have to be conscious and aware of our environment. That’s the only way the environment will love you back. But of course, with things like a heat wave, you cannot do much. So, stay hydrated, drink lots of water, wear cool, comfortable clothes, use sunscreen, and try carrying an umbrella. These are my tips that I can give.”
Earlier last night, Shah Rukh Khan was seen arriving back in town. He hid his face with an umbrella. Popular paparazzo Viral Bhayani shared the video and wrote, “Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan arrive in town King Khan is all Well fit and fine He truly is a fighter and so his Team, see you at the Finals .”
Earlier that day, the superstar’s manager Pooja Dadlani has assured that the Dunki actor is doing fine.
Taking to her X handle, Pooja Dadlani addressed everyone, “To all of Mr Khan’s fans and well wishers – he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers, and concern.”
Shah Rukh Khan attended KKR’s IPL match at the Narendra Modi stadium on Tuesday night. The superstar was on cloud nine after KKR won the play-offs to qualify for the IPL 2024 finals.
After the big win in the IPL, the actor celebrated by taking a victory lap with his daughter Suhana and youngest son AbRam. During the lap, he struck his signature arms-outstretched pose for thousands of fans at the stadium and also hugged his team players and planted kisses on their cheeks. That apart, SRK, known for his encouraging demeanor, also uplifted the Sunrisers Hyderabad players, chatting with them after the match.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. Next, he will soon begin shooting for King. The film is being produced by Siddharth Anand and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. The film will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh and is also likely to star SRK’s daughter, Suhana Khan. Recently, it was revealed that Shah Rukh will be playing a Don in his film. Much like his OG Don role, he will have shades of grey in King.
