Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s iconic film Mr & Mrs Smith continues to resonate with fans, even though the couple’s marriage ended years ago. Recently, Jolie attended the New York Film Festival for the screening of her new movie, Maria, where she was spotted signing a poster for the 2005 action film featuring her ex-husband. In photos taken by the paparazzi, she can be seen writing her name next to her character, deliberately avoiding a glance at Pitt’s image on the poster before quickly moving on. Jolie and Pitt, who tied the knot in 2014, separated in 2019 and have since been caught up in a series of legal disputes.

The 2005 film had an interesting plot in which Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt play a married couple concealing their true identities as secret assassins from one another. This action-packed blockbuster was released in the same year that Pitt finalised his divorce from Friends star Jennifer Aniston.

Angelina Jolie has officially dropped her lawsuit against the Department of Justice and the FBI related to a 2016 incident on a plane involving Brad Pitt. Court documents indicate that the case was permanently dismissed, meaning it cannot be reopened. In her lawsuit, Jolie alleged that Pitt physically and verbally attacked her and their children during the flight. According to the court documents obtained by E! News, both parties agreed to end the case and will cover their own legal fees. Jolie had initially filed the lawsuit in April 2022, using the name Jane Doe to protect her identity in court.

The couple share six children together, including Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne. Four of them have already chosen to drop their father’s surname.
