Alia Bhatt did not seem okay with the paparazzi taking pictures of her daughter, Raha Kapoor. She covered Raha's face as they stepped out on Saturday evening.

Alia Bhatt was seen protecting her daughter Raha Kapoor from the paparazzi as they stepped out on Saturday evening. The mother-daughter duo was headed out with Ranbir Kapoor to celebrate his birthday. Raha was seated in Alia’s lap while they headed for their destination. As soon as the paparazzi spotted Raha, they surrounded Alia’s car. The Jigra star was not okay with the photographers.

She was seen hiding Raha and gesturing the photographers to stop. The photographers apologised to her and backed off. However, the paparazzi managed to catch a glimpse of her as they zoomed off. Watch the video below:

Later in the night, the paparazzi spotted Raha yet again and this time, she was seen smiling for the cameras and waving at the paparazzi. Watch the video below:

Alia opened up about Raha’s bond with Ranbir during the recent episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. She told Kapil Sharma, “Ranbir and Raha’s relationship is one for the ages. There’s a friendship between them. He invents some random games with Raha. He’ll be like, ‘Do you want to go and touch the clothes in the cupboard?’ Raha will say ‘Yes’ and they go and have a sensory play with the clothes and shirts. He will tell her, ‘See, this is velvet. This is suede. This is cotton.’”

“And he will make that into a very serious thing. Though he’s very adventurous, he’s too creative. When you see them together, it’s very endearing and cute,” Alia added.

When Archana Puran Singh asked if Ranbir helps in changing nappies, Alia confirmed he does and added that he also learnt a Malayalam lullaby for her. “He does. Now, he even sings ‘Unni Vava Vo’. It is a lullaby. Our nurse has been singing it to Raha since she was an infant. It is in Malayalam. So when Raha wants to sleep, she says, ‘Mama, vavo, Papa, vavo,’ it’s her cue to go to sleep. Now, Ranbir has learnt how to sing Unni Vava Vo,” she shared.
