Ajay Devgn, Tabu’s Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha Postponed Again, May Release In July Second Week: Report

Ajay Devgn, Tabu starrer Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is one of the most highly anticipated romantic dramas. Well, the film is all set to release on July 5. However, there is a report coming in that the release has once again been postponed. Yes, you are reading right. This is happening for the second time. Bollywood Hungama has mentioned that the makers are planning to release the film in the second week of July.

A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Kalki 2898 AD had a strong weekend and is holding very well on the weekdays as well. Hence, it is also expected to perform well in the second weekend. If Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha releases this Friday, it’ll lead to screen-sharing issues and both films will be affected. And the exhibitors, too, would have suffered. Hence, in the larger interest of the trade, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha has been postponed”

When asked when the mature love story will be released in cinemas, the source replied, “The makers will take a call soon. It’ll mostly come in the second week of July. It is said that the makers are also eyeing August 2.”

Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha is an epic love story that chronicles the life of Krishna and Vasudha as their fledgling relationship faces a lot of hardship and eventually, they separate as Krishna ends up committing multiple murders and is sentenced to life imprisonment. After 22 years, Krishna is granted pardon and released from jail and his final meeting with Vasudha forms the crux of the movie. Will they end up together? Will their love survive the test of time?

Interestingly, the younger versions of Ajay and Tabu have been played by Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee M Manjrekar.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha marks Ajay and Tabu’s tenth film together and fans are eager to watch them together as lovers. Neeraj reveals that he wasn’t aware of their off-screen camaraderie but he always knew that they were the perfect fit for the film.
