Bollywood actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty, who recently launched her web channel 'Shilpa Shetty Wellness Series' intends to reach out to people who cannot afford a gym or nutritionist and not get enough time to take care of their fitness, especially working women.
Shilpa who is also an entrepreneur and mother, is most prominently known for her role as a passionate fitness enthusiast and has been generous enough in giving her fans and followers a sneak peek into her diligent exercise and dietary routine through her social media accounts.
The secret lies in understanding our body ,mind and soul. We can attain balance on the outside and inside.But before we start, it is important to understand that leading a balanced life is an ongoing process and not a goal to be achieved just once. So, Here's to a new start !Shall we begin?
Training, she believes, is a holistic process and training our minds is just as important as training muscles.
