Ex-Bigg Boss contestant and former model Sofia Hayat who is known for making headlines mostly for all the wrong reasons - be it her statement viz-a-viz giving birth to Lord Shiva, inviting legal trouble on inking swastik tattoos on her feet or inviting gods to her wedding - tied the knot with Romanian beau Vlad Stanescu on Monday in a fairytale like wedding ceremony in London.
The theme of the wedding 'Gods Goddesses Fairies and Angels' was decided upon keeping in mind the Egyptian traditions and rituals.
At all times, Hayat kept updating her Instagram account to keep her fans updated about the event. She even posted a video with Vlad on Sunday morning and captioned it, "The last morning as Miss and Mr. Single for the last day (sic)." In yet another post on Monday, she shared a photo with text on it that read, "Can't wait, it's my wedding day! (sic)."
On Monday, Hayat also shared a picture of herself arriving at the wedding venue on a chariot. "My arrival in a heads carriage pulled by 4 white unicorns...magical.. #sofiavladwedding," she captioned the picture.
The guests at the wedding were all dressed like royals and the bride and groom too looked nothing less than an Egyptian King and Queen wearing crowns. Her close friends, fans and followers took to social media to share pictures from Hayat's wedding ceremony and the two look truly ethereal on their special day.

Sofia's wedding plans seem quite elaborate. In one of her earlier Instagram posts, she had spoken about her wedding plans. She wrote, "On Monday we join in our ancient Egyptian Indian West wedding..then again the week after in our Temple of Awakening Ceremony in my sacred Temple. Our 3 weddings honour all and everything. All in one. I love you infinitely (sic)."
