In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Ganesh Ghogra of INC won in this seat defeating Madhavlal Varahat of BJP by a margin of 27,898 which was 17.13% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 46.34% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Devendra Katara of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Lalshankar Ghatiya of INC by a margin of 3,845 votes which was 2.74% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 41.78% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Lal Shanker Gatiya of INC won this seat beating Sushila Bhil of BJP by a margin of 11,621 votes which was 10.88% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.43% in the seat.
