Workshop on leadership skills held

KOCHI: A delegation of principals and educational consultants attended a one day workshop conducted at Mar Athanasius International School, Kothamangalam, on Saturday.Organised by Destiny Education, Mumbai, the seminar focused on ‘Essential Leadership Skills for Effective Principals’. John Baclay (Australia) was the chief speaker. Principals of ICSE and IGCSE schools from various parts of state as well as Pondicherry, Mangalore and Coimbatore took part in the programme.Topics such as leadership principles for principals, handling complaints and improving communication skills were also covered.
