New Delhi: Two of the most popular apps - WhatsApp and Instagram - are now available for download on Nokia X. Users can get the fully functional WhatsApp version from third party stores such as 1Mobile Market or APTOiDE, both of which are accessible straight from their Nokia X.
Users can either download third-party app to their device and search for WhatsApp within the store client. After downloading, they will see a prompt that will take them to security settings. Tap the button to allow downloads from unknown sources (you can go back and reset this later).
WhatsApp for Nokia X also supports group chat for when users want to communicate one thing to many people. Along with an audible notice, updates will be shown on Fastlane.
Getting your hands on Instagram is also quite simple. Once you have 1Mobile Market installed, just tap the search icon and you will see Instagram from a list of top apps to download - you don't even have to type it in. Download the app, and confirm that you want it installed from the source, launch it, and start using the app.
