Vallavan appointed School Education Director

PUDUCHERRY: Pondicherry Civil Service (PCS) officer E Vallavan will be the new Director of School Education, said Chief Secretary M Sathiyavathy in an official release on Monday. Vallavan was the MD of Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC). L Kumar, who is joint secretary (Home), will hold additional charge of director of information and technology and commissioner of Oulgaret municipality.
