UPSC declares CDS results for the year 2011
A total of 356 candidates have qualified the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination for the year 2011.

New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Thursday announced the results for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination for the year 2011. A total of 356 candidates have qualified for admission to the 133rd Course of Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun; Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course.

The exams were held by the UPSC in September 2011 and the interviews were held later by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

It is underlined that the results of Medical Examination have not been taken into account in preparing the list of the qualified candidates.

The results are available on the UPSC website (http://www.upsc.gov.in/). The marks of the candidates will be, however, available on the website after completion of the entire process i.e after declaration of final result of Officers Training Academy (OTA) for CDA 2011.
