RAJAHMUNDRY: A special team from Hyderabad visited the city on Thursday to probe the explosion that occurred in the house of Bhima Ramakrishna at Appa Rao road on Tuesday.The police are probing the blast from different angles, including the terror link of the software engineer.The explosion occurred while Sitaramaiah Chenna Basavaiah Jagadish, brotherin- law of Ramakrishna, was stuffing the explosive material emptied from crackers into amplifier boxes.Jagadish who is working in Bangalore, suffered severe injuries on his eyes, hands and legs in the blast.The techie who was shifted to Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital in Hyderabad on Wednesday, was brought to Rajahmundry on Thursday. The police found a tattoo on the right thigh of Jagadish which raised suspicion over his possible links with some terrorist outfit.The police reportedly came to know that Jagadish purchased some steel from an iron shop in Kovvur. The house of Ramakrishna, a cable operator, was sealed after the blast.
