Delhi High Court will decide which admission process should be adopted by schools for nursery admissions.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to intervene in the Delhi High Court order banning interviews for nursery admissions.
Delhi's Sri Ram School had filed a special leave petition in the apex court challenging a High Court order.
The school said a ban on interviews upset the entire admission process.
Supreme Court's stand means that the Delhi High Court will decide which admission process should be adopted by schools in Delhi if there are no interviews of either parents or children.
The admission season begins in September and the High Court verdict is expected before that.
