NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to the CBI and the Centre on the bail petitions by Satyam Computers founder president B Ramalinga Raju and his brother B Rama Raju, arrested in connection with the multi-crore accounting fraud involving the IT firm.A bench comprising justice Dalveer Bhandari and justice Dipak Misra directed the respondents, the CBI and the Centre to file their replies before the next date of hearing. The apex court, however, agreed to give an early hearing to their pleas and issued notice to CBI for November 3, after the Diwali break.“Why did you delay in filing the petitions?” the bench asked the senior advocate Ashok Desai who was appearing for the Raju brothers.Desai pointed out that five other accused have recently been granted bail by the apex court and there is no reason why the three others should also not be given the same benefit. Former chief financial officer Vadlamani Srinivas also moved apex court seeking bail. It was on October 12 the bench had granted bail to the other five accused
