Private company CEO's car robbed in Noida

A private company CEO's car was robbed from his driver near sector 128 area here, police said on Saturday.

The incident occurred on Friday night when Vinod, the driver, had dropped his boss off and was driving to Sector 2 area. At Sector 128, when he stopped to release himself, some armed men appeared and pointed a gun at him and robbed the car, his mobile phone and purse, a police officer said.

Vinod immediately informed the police and his employer Prashant Srivastava, CEO of a private firm based in Delhi and residing at Sector 93A here.

A case was lodged and a hunt is on for the car, the officer said.
