THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ministry-level review meeting held here on Tuesday set the plan outlay for the current financial year till December 31 as 40 percent. Out of this, 60 percent will be Central Government projects while the state-run projects would be 30 percent and other 20 percent has been earmarked for the projects implemented by the local bodies.Before the financial year ending on March 31, all efforts would be made from the part of the State Government to complete all the projects, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said.He said that for this a review meeting would be held by the Chief Secretary once in every 15 days.The Chief Minister would hold a special cabinet meeting by the end of February. The meeting also decided to constitute district-level co-ordination committees for effective implementation of various projects.The meeting chaired by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was attended by P K Kunhalikutty, Aryadan Mohammed, C N Balakrishnan, V K Ibrhaim Kunju, P J Joseph, K Babu, V S Sivakumar, P K Jayalakshmi and Chief Secretary P Prabhakaran.
