HYDERABAD: The special CBI court on Tuesday reserved its order to April 25 on a petition filed by V Vijay Sai Reddy, accused in YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s assets case, seeking transfer of the case to second another CBI court whose judge Nagamaruti Sarma had heard the case till now.Reddy’s counsel argued that since the special CBI court judge Nagamaruti Sarma was transferred to the new CBI court, the case should also be transferred to him.The CBI counsel, however, opposed it. After hearing the arguments, principal special judge A Pullaiah reserved his orders.Supplement charge sheetWhile directing the CBI to provide a copy of the supplement charge sheet to Koneru Prasad, accused in the APIIC- Emaar Properties case, the special CBI court on Tuesday denied the same facility to BP Acharya, Vijay Raghav and N Sunil Reddy who are also accused in the same case.The court rejected a similar plea for supply of supplementary charge sheet made by Vijay Sai Reddy.
