But blindly depending on a person or an agency is not the best professional approach,” Jose said at a press conference here on Thursday. He said some decisions that were taken by him, when he was at the helm of KMRL, had not been properly understood by a few people.He also brushed aside the allegations that the procedures in connection with the implementation of the metro rail project were delayed.“The project was mooted seven years ago. However, it got the sanction from the Centre within one year after the formation of the KMRL and nobody can deny the role that I have played in putting the project on the right track,” he said. Jose also denied the allegations that he did not visit the major metro rail stations other than Bangalore.“I have visited major cities like Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi to learn about the metro rail technology.
