Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan will be arriving in Vidarbha on a day-long tour to visit the flood affected areas in Washim, Karanja and Chandrapur on Saturday. He will first visit Karanja and Washim and later proceed to Chandrapur.

Later on Saturday, he would hold a review meeting at the Divisional Commissionerate. Minister for Rehabilitation Patangrao Kadam will be accompanying him, official sources said.
Home Minister RR Patil, guardian minister for Gadchiroli, will be visiting the district tomorrow to review the flood situation there.
