Some of the airline's pilots on Monday refused to report for work citing delayed salary payments.
Mumbai: In more bad news for the ailing Kingfisher Airlines, four of its flights from Mumbai were cancelled on Monday after some pilots refused to report for work citing delayed salary payments.
The airline has, however, refuted the reports saying the flights were cancelled due to maintenance issues and issued a statement to the effect.
The flights that stand cancelled are IT 181 (to Chennai), IT 105, IT 111 (both to Bangalore), IT 331 (to Jabalpur).
Some of the airline's employees are now said to be meeting at its Andheri office.
