Katta bail hearing gets posted

BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court on Monday adjourned hearing on the bail plea of former minister Katta Subramanya Naidu till Wednesday.Following the absence of Lokayukta Special Public Prosecutor Pramod Chandra, Judge N K Sudheendra Rao adjourned the hearing.Naidu, an accused in the KIADB land scam case, had applied for bail to get medical treatment in London, while his son Katta Jagadish, who is currently in judicial custody, had applied for bail on compassionate grounds.He is also an accused in the case.
