Inspector held for graft

BANGALORE: Inspector of Kengeri police station, Vasudeva Narayana Nayak, was arrested by the Lokayukta police after he was trapped while allegedy receiving  bribe. Nayak had seized two lorries from Arshad Sharief, who runs a transport agency in Tamil Nadu, recently. To give the lorries back he had allegedly demanded a bribe of  `1.5 lakh. Sharief lodged a complaint with Lokayukta police. Later, the Inspector was trapped and  arrested.
