You can grind the neem flowers into a paste and apply it to the skin. This will stimulate collagen production and reduce dryness on the skin.

Dandruff is known to be caused by a fungus called Malassezia. To treat this, the neem flower should be ground into powder and then mixed with water. People should then apply it to the roots of their hair and take a bath after half an hour.
