More than Rs 20 lakh have been recovered from a separatist leader and his associates.
New Delhi: In a joint operation by Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir police, a Hawala racket has been busted in Jammu and Kashmir.
A close aide of Hurriyat hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Ghulam Mohammed Bhat has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the hawala racket. Two other associates of Bhat have also been arrested.
More than Rs 20 lakh have been recovered from Bhat and his associates.
