Girl commits suicide

BANGALORE: A 17-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging after her parents scolded her for speaking to a boy in KP Agrahara police station limits on Wednesday night. The deceased has been identified as Shwetha, a second  PU student at a Corporation College at Magadi Road. On Wednesday evening her father Muniraju, an auto driver saw her taking to a boy outside the house. He reportedly slapped her and told her not to do that again.  Later she was found hanging from the ceiling in her room. KP Agrahara police are investigating the case.
