HYDERABAD: This is to inform you that the Hon'ble High Court of AP vide order dt 10-8-2011 in writ petition Nos: 794 and 6604 of 2011 directed the CBI to register a case and conduct a thorough investigation in all the aspects of financial misdeeds involving huge magnitude of government largesse corporate dealings including huge investments as part of quid pro quo arrangements for the largesse and the benefit obtained by the investors from the state of AP and also in all other aspects.As per the orders of Hon'ble High Court of AP, CBI, ACB Hyderabad Branch, registered the case RC 19 (A)/2011- CBI Hyderabad on 17-8-2011 under section 120 B read with 420,409, 477 A and section 13 (2) (R/W) 13 (1) (c) (d) of PC Act,1988 against Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, (A1), member of Parliament, Kadapa, M/s Jagati Publications Limited, M/s Janani Infrastructure Private Limite, M/s Indira Television Ltd and others.Whereas during the course of investigation, it has come to light that M/s Jagati Publications Limited, M/s Janani Infrastructure Limited and M/s Indira Television Limited being represented by its director Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and others have been maintaining accounts with your bank and parked ill-gotten proceeds of crime received from various sources under the guise of funds for conducting business.Therefore by the powers conferred on me under section 102 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, you are hereby instructed to cause the scheduled mentioned accounts being maintained in your branch by M/s Jagati Publications, M/s Janani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and M/s Indira Television Ltd, be freezed and prohibit all operations in the said accounts forthwith.
