HYDERABAD: Two persons who have been involved in preparing fake visas and trafficking women to Gulf countries were nabbed by Task Force sleuths on Thursday. The duo have been sending women to Gulf countries on the pretext of providing them job there.
According to Task Force additional deputy commissioner K Raghuram Reddy, the nabbed are Mohammed Mahboob Ali alias Ahmed of Warangal and Mohammed Osman Ali of Vattepally. Ahmed worked as a home guard with the city police for four years and was arrested once in 2000 for a similar offence.

Osman is a subagent to main agents in Mumbai who prepares fake visas for countries like Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Muscat and other places and traffick young women. "When he gets any work to facilitate persons to go abroad illegally, he gets it done through Mahboob Ali for a commission," police said.
