Dont arrest pondy minister till October 21

CHENNAI: Puducherry Education Minister PML Kalyanasundaram is not to be arrested till October 21.A direction to this effect was given by Justice C S Karnan, when the anticipatory bail application came up again before him on Wednesday.Originally, while taking on file the advance bail application from Kalyanasundaram, who apprehended arrest on registration of an impersonation case, the judge on October 10 adjourned the matter till October 12 and said that he should not be arrested until further orders. When the matter came up on Wednesday, the judge posted it for further hearing on October 21 and added that petitioner should not be arrested till then.
