The counselling for admission into the Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) course for the academic year 2012- 13 will be held on August 30 at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, according to varsity registrar Dr T Venu Gopala Rao.
The counselling will be done to fill 57 statewide seats in Government Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad and 50 non-state seats in Dr.Abdul Haq Unani Medical College, Kurnool, said Rao.
The physically challenged candidates should appear at the counselling venue at 9 a.m. while the same for other candidates will begin at 10.30 a.m.
Candidates, who were selected provisionally, need to deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs 3,200 in form of a demand draft drawn in favour of the registrar, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences.
The demand draft can be done at any nationalised bank in Vijayawada. Candidates seeking fee reimbursement have to submit salary certificate of their parents, Rao said.
