London: While James Bond actors have girls drooling over them, three women, whose husbands are the exact replica of the real agents, have revealed that their partners get just as much attention.
The three men, who have ditto looks like the 007 agents, enjoy the same adoring attention as that of the bond after joining an agency that dealt with look-alikes.
Stacy Wright, whose husband Steve Wright is a Daniel Craig look-alike, noticed the attention he was drawing and contacted a look-alike agency, which got him bookings.
“Now he travels the world, going to parties and meeting beautiful girls,” the Sun quoted her as saying.
“One woman hired him as a kissogram to come out of the sea and on to her yacht in San Tropez.
“Women can drool, but what’s under the trunks is for my eyes only,” she added.
Mim Vivian, 40, a dentist from Faringdon, Oxfordshire, is the other lady who is married to a Bond look-alike.
Mark Williamson, 46, is a professional Pierce Brosnan look-alike, and as usual he has the ladies drooling over him and asking him to say the classic line.
“I’ll have a Martini, shaken, not stirred,” he would purr obligingly.
The other lucky lady is Idalina U’Chong, 43, a mum of two from Staines, Surrey, who is very proud of her husband Ian’s look-alike features with Oddjob, the lethal assassin in Goldfinger.
Ian, who is a rugby player, joined a look-alike agency like the others, though in reality he is very different from the real Oddjob.
Ian, who also went on to make guest appearances at parties and Bond film premieres, practiced his part well and had women swarming all over him with his bad boy act.
Now, eight years on, Ian has fans all over the world and is getting his own parts in movies, too – he plays a security guard in the spy film Stormbreaker.
