HYDERABAD: The BJP state unit meeting held here on Saturday felt that they were not able to derive any political mileage by the ongoing movements in Telangana and Seemandhra regions.Seemandhra leaders of the party took strong objection to the party neglecting their region where the party had earlier received good results in 1998 and 1999 Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.“Though the party was in the forefront in the T struggle, but was not able to get any political benefit since the TRS and TJAC are dominating the movement,’’ a leader from Seemandhra said.“We were anyway sacrificing our political future in Seemandhra but the party was also not getting accepted in T region. It clearly indicates that the party would soon lose its identity in the state,’’ he remarked.
