It spoils work to show temper.” These words said by Swami Vivekananda portray the destructive force of anger in a very light manner. If you wish to move ahead in life, using your mind then you better keep a check on your anger!Anger has an intelligence of its own. When you begin watching how angry you can get with people and circumstances, it can play different roles. It can come as irritation when you trip over something, as frustration for not being able to achieve what you wanted to, as a false sense of victimisation when you do not express it rots inside and  becomes a disease. In fact, hypnotherapy says that stored anger manifests as cancer. The connection between our diseases and the mind is no longer a topic for debate. It is certain and deeper research is on. Sometimes, the situations in our life can be getting so drastic that it is worthless to hold on to our anger. Get that straight into the head – if you wish to be happy, anger does not help. If you wish to be efficient, sorry no admission for anger, if you have goals and targets to achieve – multiple doses of anger a day keep pushing your targets at bay! What is the solution? Ho’opono’opono is a Hawaiian process of cleansing the mind. If there is a disturbance in your life, relationships, work, family, finance – there is just one reason and it is not too difficult to find. You don’t have to search the whole world for the root cause of your problems. The roots of your problems are within you and so are the roots of your happiness. The most common response I receive is, “Oh, my mom-in-law! I can’t even think of saying I love you to her in my wildest dreams, leave alone sorry!” But if there is any other way to heal relationships, go ahead and try. You will never succeed until you heal your own roots. When someone comes to me with a problem and I ask him or her to bless the other person. Chant the Ho’opono’opono blessing visualising the person – “I’m sorry. I love you. Please forgive me”Heal, be healed, be happy. Sukhi Bhava.

What's your reaction?
