Aarushi murder: Will Rajkumar, Krishna get bail? | A perfect murder
The bail applications of the two main accused will be heard on Friday.

New Delhi: Bail applications of Krishna and Rajkumar, the main accused in the Aarushi double murder case, will be heard in a special CBI court in Ghaziabad on Friday.

The order on Rajkumar's bail application has been reserved till 1500 hrs. Both Krishna and Rajkumar have been in judicial custody since June 13 in connection with the murder of Aarushi and her manservant Hemraj.

According to law, the investigating agency has to file a chargesheet against the accused within 90 days of his arrest which in Krishna's case ends on September 13.

The CBI has not been able to file a chargesheet due to lack of scientific evidence against both. Another accused, Vijay Mandal, is already out on bail.

On Tuesday, the bail application of Rajkumar, domestic help of Durranis, friends of the Talwar family, was rejected by the Ghaziabad court since CBI feared he could tamper with evidence if released on bail.

The CBI took over the probe into the sensational murder case from Uttar Pradesh police on May 31.
