Lucknow: In a major administrative reshuffle in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government on Friday transferred as 70 IAS officers, including 32 District Magistrates and five Divisional Commissioners.
Divisional Commissioner of Bareilly, K Rammohan Rao, has been replaced by Divisional Commissioner, Gorakhpur, K Ravindra Naik. Rao will now take over as the Secretary at State Information Commission, an official spokesman said.
Similarly, Director (Training and Employment) Anil Kumar has been posted as the new Divisional Commissioner of Gorakhpur while Saharanpur Divisional Commissioner Suresh Chandra has been posted in his place.
Principal Secretary (Forest) Chanchal Tiwari has been posted as Divisional Commissioner Varanasi and he will be replaced by secretary (environment) Rajesh Kumar Singh, who has been given the additional charge of forest department.
Secretary technical education Sanjay Prasad has been posted as Divisional Commissioner Saharanpur and Divisional Commissioner, Agra, Amrit Abhijat has been transferred to his place.
Divisional Commissioner, Devipatan, R Ramesh Kumar will take over charge as the Secretary (Language Department). Kumar will be replaced by Principal Secretary (Excise) K S Atoria who has been posted in his place.
Principal Secretary (Small Industries) Mukul Singhal has been transferred as Divisional Commissioner Kanpur. Principal Secretary (Public Enterprises) Hariraj Kishore has been shifted to his position.
Principal Secretary (Animal Husbandry) Harsharan Das has been posted as Labour Commissioner whereas Secretary (Irrigation) Rajan Shukla has been transferred to stamp and registration department in the same capacity.
Mirzapur District Magistrate Sanyukta Sammadar has been shifted as special secretary (medical and health). She has been replaced by District Magistrate, Sultanpur, Raju N S.
District Magistrate, Mau, Rakesh has been transferred to Sultanpur in the same capacity and he has been replaced by District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar, Kunwar Vikram Singh. Chief Development Officer, Chandauli K Vijendra Pandiyan will be the new District Magistrate of Amedkar Nagar.
District Magistrate Sant Kabir Nagar Dinkar Prakash Dubey has been shifted as special secretary in the agriculture production commissioner branch. He will be replaced by CDO, Moradabad Rajesh Kumar.
District Magistrate, Farukkhabad Sachidanand Dubey has been shifted as special secretary general administration department. District Magistrate, Mahoba, Madhukarswamy V will be the new District Magistrate of Farukkhabad.
District Magistrate, Fatehpur, Gauri Shanker Priyadarshi has been put on waiting list and will be replaced by District Magistrate, Shravasti Kanchan Verma.
Deoria District Magistrate, Yashod Rishikesh Bhaskar. has been transferred as District Magistrate, Shravasti. CDO, Meerut, Kumar Ravikant Singh has been posted as District Magistrate of Deoria.
District Magistrate of Varanasi has been shifted as special secretary commercial tax and entertainment tax deportment and District Magistrate, Moradabad, Samir Verma has been sent in his place.
District Magistrate, Bareilly, Subhash Chandra Sharma has been transferred as Special Secretary, Labour Department.
District Magistrate, Aligarh, Manish Chauhan has been posted as District Magistrate, Bareilly. He will be replaced by District Magistrate, Jhansi, Anil Garg. District Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar, Gaurav Dayal has been transferred to Jhansi in the same capacity while District Magistrate, Firozabad, Surendra Singh has been transferred to Muzaffarnagar.
District Magistrate of Sant Ravidas Nagar, S V S Rangrao, has been posted as the new District Magistrate of Firozabad. CDO Jhansi Amrit Tripathi has been posted as District Magistrate Sant Ravidas Nagar.

CDO, Barabanki, Kinjal Singh has been posted as District Magistrate, Bahraich.
Joint Magistrate, Ghaziabad, Vidya Bhushan has been posted as District Magistrate, CSM Nagar.
CDO, Deoria Saroj Kumar has been posted as District Magistrate, Kaushambi whereas CDO, Mathura, S Madhushalini has been transferred as District Magistrate, Basti.
Additional Commissioner of Meerut, Kajal, has been posted as District Magistrate, Mahoba, while CDO, Allahabad, B Chandrakala has been shifted as District Magistrate, Hamirpur.
Additional commissioner rural development Hariom has been posted as District Magistrate, Moradabad.
