Telugu actor Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi exchanged vows on Wednesday in what was a fairy-tale ceremony at the picturesque Borgo San Felice in Tuscany, Italy. The family, friends, and a galaxy of celebrities graced the occasion. The first pictures from their wedding have sent fans into a frenzy. The star-studded affair brought together some of the biggest names in Tollywood.

The couple, instead of going for a regular one, chose to have a grand destination wedding in Italy. The celebrations of their new life together were kicked off with a grand cocktail night that had many A-lister celebrities holding a toast to celebrate the couple’s new lives. Following the cocktail was the haldi ceremony the pictures of which are being widely shared on social media. One of the pictures has Chiranjeevi and his wife blessing his nephew.
The two were a sight to behold in their heavily embroidered wedding attires. While Varun looked dashing in a Sherwani, Lavanya was straight out of a dream dressed in a red bridal outfit with gold jewellery.

Varun Tej comes from a family of star giants. Son of actor-producer Nagendra Babu, his uncles Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan are one of the most loved actors in the South. In addition to that, his cousins, Allu Arjun and Ram Charan need no introduction. On the other hand, Lavanya Tripathi made her debut in the Telugu film industry in 2012 with the film Andala Rakshasi. The couple’s love story began in 2016.
