Using the Share Feature
Open the Notes app on your iPhone. Find and tap the iPhone Notes App icon on your home screen to open Notes.
Tap the note you want to import. This will open the selected note's contents.
Tap the iPhone Yellow Share icon. It's in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will open your sharing options on a pop-up panel.
Select Mail. This option will import the selected note's contents into an email message, and allow you to send it to a contact's mailbox. You can also send the email to yourself if you want to archive the note in your own mailbox.
Enter a recipient into the "To" field. Tap the "To" field at the top of the email, and type in an email address
Tap Send on the top-right. This will send your note as an email message.
Using a Computer
Open iCloud in a desktop internet browser. Type www.icloud.com into the address in your internet browser, and hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
Sign in to your iCloud account. Enter your Apple ID. Hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return. Enter your password. Hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return to sign in.
Click the Notes app in iCloud. This will open all your notes in the browser.
Click the note you want to import. This will open the selected note's contents on the right-hand side.
Copy the note's contents. You can copy the note's contents, and save it to your computer as a separate file. Double-click the note's contents to select all text and images. Right-click the selected area. Click Copy.
Open a new text file on your computer. You can use your computer's stock apps like Notepad or TextEdit.
Right-click the empty text file. Your right-click options will pop up on a drop-down menu.
Click Paste on the right-click menu. This will paste the copied note to your text file.
Save the text file on your computer. This will allow you to archive the selected note on your computer as a separate text file. On Mac, press ⌘ Cmd+S on your keyboard to save your file. On Windows, press Ctrl+S to save.
