Open Telegram on your Android. It’s the blue icon with a white paper airplane inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.
Tap Android 7 Search. It’s at the top-right corner of Telegram.
Type @pollbot. A list of matching results will appear.
Tap PollBot. It’s the result with a light blue icon with a bar graph inside. This opens a conversation with the PollBot.
Tap START. It’s at the bottom of the screen.
Type the poll question and click the send button. The send button is the blue paper airplane at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Type the first possible choice and click the send button. For example, if your question is “What is your favorite season?” your first response could be “Winter.”
Type the next choice and click the send button. If you only want to provide two possible answers, you can stop here. Otherwise, continue entering responses and clicking the send button until you’ve added every answer you wish.
Type /done and click the send button. A URL will appear in the conversation.
Tap poll’s URL. A list of conversations will appear.
Tap the group with whom you want to share the poll. A confirmation message will appear.
Tap OK. The poll is now shared with your group. Group members can respond to the poll by tapping or clicking the answer of their choice.
