Netflix makes it easy to contact the company straight through the mobile app, but there are still traditional options for an online chat with an agent or a phone call via a landline or cell. Netflix support is also available 24/7 by both live chat and phone, so you can follow these steps any time!

Visit the Help section of the Netflix app on Android or iOS to contact Netflix customer service via phone or live chat.
Visit https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus to start a live chat with a customer service agent.

By Phone

Visit https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus. The page includes a few different options for contacting Netflix.

Click the Call Us button. This will pull up the phone number for Netflix as well as a service code (if you are signed in to your Netflix account). Use this service code to speed up your service once you are on the line with an agent.

Dial 1-844-505-2993. You will be prompted to enter your service code. You will then be offered a wait time before you are connected with an agent.

Using the App

Open the Netflix app. It's a black app with a red N. Log in if you're not signed in automatically. Note that you will only be able to call over an internet connection, as you will be using an in-app caller. Netflix will not open your Phone app.

Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Tap Help at the bottom of the menu. It is represented by an encircled question mark.

Tap CALL. You'll be connected to a Netflix Help Center representative. Alternatively, you may tap the CHAT button to open a live chat with a support agent.

By Live Chat

Go to https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus in a Web browser. If you're a member and you're not logged in automatically, click Sign In, then enter your email address and password.

Click Start Live Chat. This will open a pop-up chat window.

Scroll down and click "Tell us what your issue is". A dialog box with a list of common issues will be displayed, but to start a chat with a live agent, you will need to click the Tell us what your issue is at the bottom of the chat window. This will give you a chance to start chatting with the Netflix bot.
