On Hulu.com
Sign in to https://secure.hulu.com/account. If you are billed by Hulu, Roku, Amazon, or T-Mobile, you must cancel your Hulu account through Hulu directly. This will work on any device, including your iPhone, iPad, or Android. If you're billed by Hulu, Amazon, or Roku, you will also have the option to pause your subscription temporarily to avoid charges when you're not watching.
Scroll down and click Cancel. You'll see this option at the bottom of the page if you can cancel Hulu through Hulu.com. If you don't see this option, you'll see the name of the provider who is billing you for Hulu. If you want to cancel your Hulu trial or subscription, you'll need to do so through that provider. If you'd rather deactivate Hulu temporarily, select Pause instead. Then, choose a duration for the pause (up to 12 weeks).
Click Cancel subscription to confirm. You should now see "Your subscription will be canceled" and receive a confirmation via email. You can keep watching Hulu until the last date of the billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.
Apple/iTunes
Open the Settings app iPhone Settings App Icon. If you are billed for Hulu by Apple/iTunes, you can cancel your subscription on your device. This is common if you signed up on your Apple TV or any other Apple device.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions. It's in the first group of settings.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Once canceled, you can continue watching Hulu until the last date of the current billing cycle. You will not be billed by iTunes again for Hulu.
Open the App Store on your Mac iPhone App Store Icon. To cancel a Hulu subscription billed by iTunes on your Mac, click the App Store icon in the Dock.
Click your name and select Account Settings. If you don’t see your name, you'll need to click Sign In first.
Scroll down and click Manage under "Subscriptions." A list of your subscriptions will appear.
Click Edit next to Hulu. You'll see the details of your Hulu plan here.
Click Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions. Once confirmed, you will not be billed for a Hulu subscription again. You can keep watching Hulu until the displayed date.
Disney+
Log in to your Disney+ account. If you signed up for a Disney+ bundle that includes a Hulu subscription, you can cancel the bundle through Disney+. If you signed up for the bundle through Hulu, use the Hulu.com method instead. If you are being billed for a bundle separately from your Disney+ subscription (you have two Disney+ subscriptions on your bill), canceling the bundle will cancel Hulu and ESPN+ but keep your Disney+ subscription at the current non-bundle rate. If you only have one "Disney+ Bundle" charge on your bill, canceling the bundle will cancel all three services (Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+). To keep Disney+, you'll need to sign up again.
Select your profile and click Account. This opens your account settings.
Select your bundle subscription under "Subscription".
Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel. You'll see the option to cancel your bundle subscription, which ensures you won't be charged for Hulu by Disney+ again. Once the bundle is canceled, you can continue watching Hulu and ESPN+ until the final date of the billing cycle.
Google/Android TV
Tap your profile icon in the Google Play Store app. You'll see it at the top-right corner of the Play Store. Use this method if you are billed for Hulu through Google Play. This is common if you signed up on your Android phone, tablet, Android TV, or Google TV.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Select your Hulu subscription. You'll see the terms and price of your subscription here.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions. Once canceled, you can keep watching Hulu until the date shown in your subscription details. You will not be charged again for Hulu by Google.
Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in a web browser. If you're not signed in to your Google account, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in now. Use this method to cancel Hulu if you subscribed on your Android, Google TV, or Android TV, and are billed for Hulu by Google.
Click Manage next to Hulu. Your subscription details will appear.
Click Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions. Once canceled, Google will no longer bill you for a Hulu subscription. You can keep watching until the cancelation date.
Spotify
Go to https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/ in a web browser. If you signed up for Hulu as part of a previous Spotify deal or through Spotify Student, you are not actually paying for Hulu—it's free with your Spotify account. However, if you really don't want Hulu anymore, you can cancel it through Spotify by switching to a plan that doesn't include Hulu. Spotify Premium Student is currently the only plan that includes free Hulu. Switching to any other Spotify account will be more expensive unless you cancel Spotify Premium altogether. You might as well keep Hulu and just delete the app from your TV or device if you don't want to watch it anymore.
Click Manage your plan. You'll see this option under the "Subscription" heading.
Click Change plan. A list of plans will appear.
Select a plan that doesn't include Hulu. Past Spotify Premium individual plans offered the ad-free version of Hulu as part of a bundle. While those plans aren't available anymore, Hulu is still included with Premium Student. So, to get rid of Hulu, select Premium Duo, Premium Family, or Cancel plan to cancel Spotify Premium completely. Follow the on-screen instructions to switch to your new Spotify plan or cancel Spotify Premium.
Verizon
Sign in to https://secure.verizon.com/signin. If you signed up for the Disney bundle with Hulu through Verizon, you'll need to cancel through Verizon's website. Note that you cannot cancel Hulu alone—you'll need to cancel the whole bundle, which includes Disney+ and ESPN+. Because this bundle is no longer available, you won't be able to resubscribe if you change your mind.
Open your Services & perks. On a computer, click Account and select Services & perks. On a phone or tablet, tap ☰ and select Account > Services & perks.
Select Services and perks overview.
Click the More icon > next to "Disney bundle." If you don't see it, click See all under "Manage", then click Manage.
Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions. This cancels your Disney bundle with Hulu. You will no longer be charged for Hulu, but you can continue watching it until the last date of the current billing cycle.
Xfinity
Open Settings on your Flex or X1 device. If you signed up through Hulu on your Xfinity streaming TV box, you can cancel the subscription right from your TV.
Select Apps & Subscriptions. It's near the top of the menu.
Select Unsubscribe and press OK. A confirmation message will appear.
Select Unsubscribe to cancel Hulu. Once canceled, the "Unsubscribe" button will change to "Resubscribe," which makes it easy to sign up for Hulu again if you change your mind. You can keep watching Hulu until the last date of your billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
I can't remember how I subscribed to Hulu. To find out who is charging you for Hulu (and, thus, which service you'll need to cancel through), log in to your account at https://secure.hulu.com/account. You'll find the service you'll need to cancel through under "Payment Information."
I don't know which email address I used for Hulu. If you have multiple email addresses and aren't sure which one you use for your account, you can find it using Hulu's account recovery tool. Go to https://auth.hulu.com/account_recovery and search for your account by credit card number, billing zip code, and birth year.
Hulu is still charging me after canceling. If you're still seeing charges from Hulu after canceling: Log in to https://secure.hulu.com/account. If you see "Your next charge" and an amount, you didn't complete the cancelation, or you paused your subscription, and it has resumed. Use these steps to cancel your subscription. If you canceled Hulu but the billing cycle hasn't ended, you'll see "Your subscription is about to cancel." If you see this, don't worry—you won't be charged for Hulu again. If you signed up for a free Hulu trial and canceled, you'll be charged as soon as the trial period ends. If you didn't cancel Hulu within the trial period, you'll be billed automatically. Use these steps to ensure you aren't charged again.
