Jennifer Lopez is on a roll. On Monday, November 27, the singer-actress announced the release date of her much-anticipated 9th studio album — This Is Me… Now along with its lead single — Can’t Get Enough. The announcement comes with additional information which includes the release of a companion film titled This Is Me… Now: The Film that she co-wrote with her husband-actor Ben Affleck. The album serves as a sequel to the 2002 record This Is Me…Then. While the album and the companion film are slated to premiere on February 16, 2024, on Prime Video, JLo’s new single Can’t Get Enough will be released on January 10, 2024.

The trailer of This Is Me… Now: The Film was dropped on YouTube by Prime Video on November 27. Directed by Dave Meyers, the film will revolve around “an intimate, fantastical and narrative-driven reflection of Jennifer Lopez’s personal journey of self-healing and self-love." It will focus on an “immersive world" created by JLo where not only “music and visuals intertwine" but challenges and triumphs faced by the On The Floor singer are also revealed. “Audiences will witness the transformation and vulnerability in every frame," read the trailer description.

This Is Me… Now: The Film’s trailer shows Jennifer Lopez sitting in front of the fire during a downpour outside. Tossing a wet handwritten letter into the fire, she can be heard saying, “When I was a little girl, when someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always… in love." Dated December 24, 2002, the letter appears to be given to her by Ben Affleck when they were dating each other. “Life’s tough but you’re sweet. Thanks for the gift. Hope you like the flowers. You told me you could never have enough. I believe you," read the romantic note before the person signed off with their single-letter signature — B.
