At Farah Khan's party, Ed Sheeran told Huma Qureshi that he loved Anurag Kashyap's cult crime drama Gangs Of Wasseypur.

Farah Khan recently had a heartwarming reunion with the renowned international singer Ed Sheeran. It is their first encounter in the last seven years. Sheeran, who is currently in India for a concert as part of his Asia Europe Tour 2024, has been making time to catch up with old friends, including Bollywood stalwarts like Shah Rukh Khan and director Farah Khan. At the same party, Maharani actress Huma Qureshi met the British singer-songwriter and to her surprise, got to know he loved Gangs Of Wasseypur.

On Saturday, Huma Qureshi took to her Instagram stories and posted a slew of pictures from Farah Khan’s party. It also included a picture with Ed Sheeran. She wrote in the caption, “Last night when @teddysphotos told me he loved #gangsofwasseypur bas aur kya night was made !!! happy faces .. thank u @farahkhankunder for the being the best host and taking the worst photos no one like you.”

Many other celebrities graced Farah Khan’s party last night. Aryan Khan, Malaika Arora, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa, Shah Rukh Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Anusha Dandekar, Arshad Warsi, Madhuri Dixit with Dr. Shriram Nene, Maheep Kapoor, and a slew of other celebrities were in attendance.

Earlier, Ed Sheeran met Farah Khan right after he arrived in India. The director turned to Instagram to share that she met him after a long time. Farah was photographed sitting on a couch with Ed by her side. In the caption, she wrote, “Relax mode with the loveliest guy ever..”

Ed Sheeran will perform in India as part of his Asia and Europe Tour in 2024. The Asia Tour will conclude with the India concert on March 16, 2024, at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai. General admission tickets are priced at Rs 9,500, while the South Deck ticket, which provides an elevated experience, costs Rs 16,000. The South Deck ticket also includes private restrooms, a designated Food & Beverage zone, a specific observation deck, and a dedicated access lane. This marks Ed Sheeran’s third concert in India, following his last performance in 2017.
