Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan bought the English soccer club Fulham on Friday, becoming the sixth American owner among the 20 teams currently in the Premier League. As it currently stands, Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Fulham, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Queens Park Rangers, Southampton and Sunderland are completely foreign owned.

Here are the ownerships of current EPL clubs:

Arsenal: Arsenal Holdings PLC major shareholders are: Kroenke Sports Enterprises UK (registered in Delaware, owned by US resident Stan Kroenke) 62 per cent, Red and White Securities Limited (registered in Jersey, owned by Russian resident Alisher Usmanov and Farhad Moshiri) 29.9 per cent.

Aston Villa: Randy Lerner- American. He was also owner of NFL club Cleveland Browns.

Cardiff City: Datuk Chan Tien Ghee (TG) took over as chairman on 27 May 2010 after a meeting on the same day. Tan Sri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun also investing and joining the board. Vincent Tan has 36.1 per cent of stake in the club. Michael Isaac owns 11 per cent of club.

Chelsea: Wholly owned by Roman Abramovich, registered at Companies House as a Russian resident.

Crystal Palace: Crystal Palace is currently owned by CPFC 2010 Limited, a Private Limited Company registered at Company House. CPFC 2010 was established by a consortium of four businessmen, Steve Parish, Martin Long, Stephen Browett and Jeremy Hosking in 2010, each owning a 25 per cent share of the company.

Everton: Shares in the Everton Football Club Company Limited are owned by: Bill Kenwright 25 per cent, Jon Woods 19 per cent, Robert Earl 23 per cent

Fulham: Shahid Khan, the owner of auto-parts maker Flex-N-Gate Corp. who bought the Jaguars in 2011, purchased 100 percent of Fulham on Fiday.

Hull City: Assem Allam, Yorkshire-based Egyptian-born businessman is the owner of newly promoted Premier League team, Hull City.

Liverpool: Fenway Sports Group- which is owned by John W Henry- American. Henry purchased the club after the controversial ownership of George Gillett and Tom Hicks.

Manchester City: Wholly owned by Sheikh Mansour, via the Abu Dhabi United Group, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Certainly the richest club there ever was.

Manchester United: Owned by Malcolm Glazer's six children via Red Football LLC a company registered in the low tax state of Nevada. Manchester United was the first club to become American owned when it was taken over by the Glazer Family in 2005.

Newcastle United: Mike Ashley owns Newcastle United via his company, MASH Holdings Limited.

Norwich City: Delia Smith is Norwich City's joint majority shareholder, alongside her husband, Michael Wynn Jones.

Southampton: Markus Liebherr owns Southampton via his company, DMWSL 613 Limite. He took the club out of administration in July 2009.

Stoke City: Owned by bet365 Group, the online gambling company controlled by Denise Coates, daughter of chairman, Peter, and family.

Sunderland: Owned by the American Ellis Short via Drumaville, a company registered in Ne Jersey.

Swansea City: Owned jointly by Martin Morgan, 22.5 per cent; Brian Katzen, 20 per cent; Swansea City Supporters Society Limited (supporters trust) 20 per cent; chairman Huw Jenkins 12.5 per cent; Robert Davies 10 per cent

Tottenham Hotspur: Enic International Limited, registered in the Bahamas, owns 85 per cent of Spurs. Joe Lewis, resident in the Bahamas, has the controlling, 70.6 per cent ownership of Enic, with chairman Daniel Levy and family owning the other 29.4 per cent.

West Bromwich Albion: West Bromwich Albion Football Club Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of West Bromwich Albion Group Limited. The owners of Significant Interests in West Bromwich Albion Group Limited are Mr Jeremy Peace 59.8 per cent (majority shareholder) and Mr Geoff Hale 10.4 per cent.

West Ham United: Even though David Gold and David Sullivan own 30.6 per cent of the club each, the major stakeholder is CB Holding/Straumer of Iceland with 35 per cent.
