Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann's Luxury Watches, Jewellery Stolen From Turin Home, Says Report
According to a report by Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, several luxury items worth about €500,000 were stolen by the burglars who supposedly broke into the house after midnight.

The house of Juventus footballers Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann in Turin was reportedly robbed last weekend. The incident is understood to have taken place when the couple was not at home. Luiz was playing a Serie A game against Lazio while Lehman was staying at a hotel with the Juventus women’s team who were set to face Inter Milan the next day. According to a report by Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, several luxury items worth about €500,000 were stolen by the burglars who supposedly broke into the house after midnight.

Luiz learned about the robbery after returning home from dinner in the evening. The Juventus midfielder was out on dinner with his teammates after defeating Lazio 1-0 in the league fixture. The La Gazetta report claimed that the thieves stole as many as eleven watches of Luiz along with several necklaces and jewellery of Lehmann.

Luiz rang the emergency alarm bell after discovering his house in disarray. The Turin police got the information about the robbery, reportedly, at around 1:30 AM local time and rushed to the spot immediately to launch an investigation. The department has not revealed anything about the incident. The footballers have also not yet made any comment on this incident.

It was not the first time that Juventus players saw their houses getting robbed during matches. Moise Kean and Kaio Jorge had similar experiences in the past. Angel Di Maria and his neighbour Dusan Vlahovic also encountered thieves at their residence in Turin but managed to chase them away before something could happen.

Luiz and Lehmann have been together since their time at Aston Villa. Both shifted base to Turin earlier this summer after signing new contracts with Juventus. The couple chose to stay in the Gran Madre area, a posh neighbourhood close to the city centre and surrounded by greeneries.

Luiz is yet to score a goal since moving to Juventus on a deal worth 50 million euros. Lehmann has been in good form this season. She has struck one goal in seven appearances for Juventus Women. Lehmann, however, was unable to produce anything significant in the last game against Inter which ended in a goalless draw.
